Your appointment is very important to us and it is reserved especially for you. We politely ask for at least 48 hours advance notice when cancelling an appointment. Please understand that if we aren’t given enough notice, that we miss the opportunity to fill your cancelled appointment time. Our appointments are confirmed 72 hours in advance because we understand that appointments made a month ago may be forgotten or your schedule may have changed.
Forgot to Cancel a Reservation
Less than 48hours notice will result in a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the reserved service(s) amount.
No-shows will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the reserved service(s) amount.
- Go Brazilian Wax is a non-smoking facility
- Clients and estheticians are only allowed in the waxing room while services are being performed. (Guests 16 yrs & younger must be accompanied by an adult.)
- Pets are not allowed
- Please arrive 5 min. prior to appointment
- We do not accept checks
- Gratuities are not included in our pricing
- Our specialists have seen it all, nothing is a big deal

Please note: We reserve the right to refuse or end a service at any time if we are not comfortable. This includes but is not limited to individuals with open or healing wounds, sunburned skin, improper hygiene, or if an individual is not taking the service seriously. State Board Rules are always followed and if we believe that any procedure is risky for the client or the esthetician we reserve the right to refuse that service or delay it until it is safe. We appreciate your understanding.
